I have a habit of tucking nasturtium seeds into what seem like bare spots in the early spring before the garden fills in. By mid-season I'm surrounded by a sea of sprawling vines and flowers that refuse to hold still for a portrait. By the time the fall chill rolls in, these flowers have produced a bounty of seeds, plenty for next spring.
